退換貨政策

我們會盡心盡力為每位客人送上準備好的貨品。

請簽收貨品同時檢查貨品的完整性及細節

 

如有任何問題如錯配色或已受損請拒絕簽收。

 

退貨政策 :疫情情況故不再接受更換貨品 除非收到破損物品

1.  如果收到破損物品可以在收貨當天提出。易碎品請當面驗收,簽收後產品本公司一概不負責任。

2.  有爭議的貨品必須處於未使用狀態。 我們不接受任何已經使用的產品,使用過的產品一律不會跟進。

3. 對於任何退貨或具有爭議性的產品。我們不接受使用貨到付款服務的退還包裹。 

 *消費者需負責任何破損/有爭議的貨品退貨運費。

 *所有產品或有爭議性之貨品必須預約到位於九龍灣的公司進行更換或退款。

 *貨品更換後客人需要負擔貨品的運送費用(以發送日當天根據網頁公佈為準)

4.人為損壞之貨品我們有絕對權力拒絕更換及列入黑名單處理

 5. 所有貨品需要時間準備及採購, 包裝, 特別海外訂單需要報關清關手續, 一旦下單貨品成立訂單任何退款或無故取消只會發送戶口購物金下次再消費而且必須要貨品未提交到郵政局或運輸公司之前.

 

關於退款: 我們將於收到您的包裹後的7個工作日内為您安排退款。

注意: 發貨運費不支持退款。

We will do our best to deliver ready-made goods to each guest.

If there are problems such as wrong color, damage, etc., please refuse .

 

Return Policy: Due to the Coronavirus, no exchange will be accepted unless damaged items are received.

1. If you receive a damaged item, you can submit it on the day you receive it. Please check and accept fragile products in person, and the company will not be responsible for the products after signing.

2. The item in question must be in an unused state. We do not accept any products that have been used and will not follow up on used products.

3. For any returned or disputed products. We do not accept packages returned using the cash on delivery service.

*Consumer is responsible for any return shipping costs for damaged/disputed items.

*All products or disputed goods must go to Kowloon Bay Company to make an appointment for replacement or refund.

*After the product is replaced, the customer needs to bear the delivery cost of the product (subject to the announcement on the web page on the day of delivery)

4. We have the absolute right to refuse to replace and blacklist the goods that are artificially damaged

About Refund: We will arrange refund for you within 7 working days after receiving your package.

5. All items require time for preparation, procurement, and packaging. Special overseas orders require customs clearance procedures. Once an order is placed and the items are confirmed, any refunds or cancellations without valid reasons will only result in store credit being issued to the customer's account for future purchases. This is only applicable if the items have not yet been submitted to the post office or transportation company.

 

NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
