What should I do if I don't receive a SF Express pick-up notification text message?

When SF Express sends out text messages, customers may be in locations with weak or no signal on their phones, leading to them not receiving the pick-up notification text. If within two days of receiving our "Shipped" notification email, you have not received a text from SF Express, you can directly call the SF Express hotline at 2730 0273. Once connected, press 1 for Chinese, then press 3 to speak to a customer service representative. Provide your SF Express tracking number and confirm your phone number. Ask them to resend the text to your phone. You can find the SF Express tracking number in the middle of our "Shipped" email.

Currently, we only deliver to the address specified in Taiwan.
  3. Other Regions:

    • Upon order confirmation, we will promptly deliver the goods. Orders are typically delivered to the courier within 7 days, with the dispatch period based on the longest working days. The time from warehouse shipment to customer receipt depends on the shipping method and location.
    • For electrical items, our standard shipping is by sea freight,  saving on international shipping costs. Allows for convenient delivery from home, reaching even as far as Northern Europe. We deliver to selectable regions, with transportation times generally dependent on the location. For places like Singapore, it may take about twenty days, while more distant areas like Northern Europe may require forty to ninety days. Customers can also choose to expedite delivery by paying extra for express delivery, which can arrive in seven days (depending on the sending situation of E-EXPRESS or EMS from the postal service). Standard and economical options at checkout for easy customs clearance typically involve no additional fees for door-to-door delivery.
  4. Consolidated Orders:

    • If a customer purchases 2 or more orders with the same address and phone number, we may combine orders for simultaneous delivery to ensure that customers receive all ordered items at the same time.
  5. Tracking Number:

    • We only ship items using courier services. Each order will be pre-assigned a tracking number. When the item is shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking number. You can find the tracking number in your order and follow the link to track the shipment.
  6. Import Duties:

    • Customers are responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, goods and services tax, value-added tax (VAT), or other import sales taxes. Customers must pay these fees upon receiving the goods. Customs regulations vary by country or region, and we cannot guarantee or determine whether import sales taxes are required for every shipment. For inquiries regarding import sales taxes, please contact your local customs department. Customers may also need to pay additional fees such as administrative or processing fees, which are part of customs duties and customs procedures. Customers must pay these fees to the relevant courier company upon receiving the shipment.
